• Our guarantee is offered back-to-back with the manufacturer.

• In the situation where no warranty from the manufacturer, SPPHUA offers 3 months satisfaction period where you may exchange for other items for free.

• The 3-months satisfaction period also apply to issues relating to assembly (which rarely happen), SPPHUA committed to rectify to your satisfaction or replace new, no question asked.

• Beyond that, anytime, we are happy to serve you with appropriate repair to keep you happy and prolong the function of the item at affordable charge. We believe no item shall be wasted for its value until you need a new one.

Why Can't Everything Be a Lifetime Guarantee?

Unfortunately, not everything can be a lifetime guarantee. Some materials and fabrics will degrade over time with regular wear and tear. But at SPPHUA, we can assure you with our careful collection, our furniture will last for many years.

 

What's Normally Not Covered In Warranties?

Most furniture warranties do not cover damage from normal wear and tear. They also don't cover damage that is caused by accidents, pets, or misuse of the furniture. So, if you spill a glass of coffee on your sofa or your cat scratches up the arm of your chair, it's likely that those damages will not be covered under the warranty. We do have several pet-friendly fabrics that are stain, water, and scratch-resistant. This doesn't mean they're indestructible, but it helps considerably when you have a high-traffic household either with a ton of kids, pets, or both!
